Water Utilities Billing & Payment
Sign up to have your water bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month on the due date (typically the 25th). There are currently dozens of projects underway to enhance and upgrade our infrastructure utilizing state-of-the-art technology. This will create new jobs and increase service capacity that will support opening more businesses in the community. A 24-hour drop box is also available at the Church St. door of the Stuart Building.
To make a payment, you will need your account number, which is located on your water and wastewater bill. View a Sample Bill to see where your account stock dividend distributable number is located. Please note that if you wish to pay using a credit or debit card, you will be charged a convenience fee of 2.25%. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may pay your water bill online and avoid a service fee by using your banking institution’s online bill payment option.
Pay online, in-person, by phone, or by mail
This plan allows CCWA to automatically draft your monthly bill from your bank, credit union, or savings and loan. CCWA’s customer self-service portal provides enhanced on-line options and expanded customer communications options. Check your bill amounts every month to keep an eye for overcharges or any opportunity to reduce your bill.
You can set up your online account and go paperless in just a few easy steps. Simply create your online account and you will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing (unless you opt out of it). For example, if you’re trying to open a water utility account, they’ll look at your payment cheap car insurance quotes history and require you to pay a water deposit upfront to protect themselves from non-payment. You may pay your water bill online using Invoice Cloud, CCWA’s third party payment provider. A convenience fee of $2.25 will be charged by Invoice Cloud. If you prefer not to sign up for a My DEP Account, you can pay online using our QuickPay system to make a one-time payment.

You can pay in person with check or money order at one of our Borough Offices. Alexandria, VA – FEBRUARY 12, 2025 – Virginia American Water provides customers with five convenient payment options to choose from to pay their water and wastewater bill. We provide water and wastewater services directly to more than 400,000 retail customers and indirectly through wholesale (municipal) utilities. These services include water supply, transmission, treatment, distribution, conservation, wastewater collection, treatment, disposal and water reclamation. California Water Service partners with Walmart for water bill payment
- California Water Service (CWT) has partnered with Walmart (WMT) to enable customers to pay their water bills at Walmart Bill Pay service counters nationwide at no additional cost.

If payment is not made on time, your water service may be interrupted. To restore service, you must pay the full amount owed, including any service fees. Once payment is received, services will be restored on the next business day.
After signing the lease and booking the movers, you also have to change your address and set up your utilities to your new home and put down a utility deposit. APS automatically pays your water bill by deducting the amount owed from your checking or savings account each month. Contact your local Customer Center for more information about APS or print an Application Form. Developers rely on our review and approval of plans, including system points of connection, water and wastewater service agreements, new mains conveyance and meters.

Or on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day. NYC properties that receive service from DEP are billed in the form of water and wastewater bills. You may make a payment at the payment window in the Finance Department or deposit any cash or check payments in the drop box located to the left of the front doors at City Hall. Customers have the option of making one time payments with no registration required. If bill payment is not received by the due date, a 10% late charge is added to the amount due and a termination notice will be sent within seven days. You are given at least fourteen days from the date the termination notice is sent to make payment.
You may also check your water usage and bill information online, with your account number, any time. Log in or create a new miamidade.gov account to submit the following bill adjustment requests online. Please do not mail payments to any of the locations listed below. Effective Oct. 1, 2024, Hillsborough County Water Resources will no longer hand-deliver final notices for unpaid bills to customers.
