Pay My Bill

If payment is not made on time, your water service may be interrupted. To restore service, you must pay the full amount owed, including any service fees. Once payment is received, services will be restored on the next business day.

  • Bill payments are posted in near real time, so customers’ accounts stay current.
  • Please be aware that registration in the payment system will require your customer # (last 6 digits of your account #) and the last name on the account.
  • Often, if you rent a house or in a multi-unit building, you may not need to create utility accounts as they’re included in the rent and continue to be in the landlord’s name.
  • A 24-hour drop box is also available at the Church St. door of the Stuart Building.
  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Discover; American Express is not accepted.

AVA can answer questions related to payment extensions, bill payments and payment options. Go to your bank’s website and log into your account to set up recurring electronic payments. Directions and policies vary by bank, so contact your bank if you need any help.

Cal Water offers a number of options for paying your water bill. To use our new and improved system, you just need to set up your account online with a few easy steps. Grab your water bill and follow these easy step-by-step instructions!

Online *NEW*

Sign up to have your water bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month on the due date (typically the 25th). There are currently dozens of projects underway to enhance and upgrade our infrastructure utilizing state-of-the-art technology. This will create new jobs and increase service capacity that will support opening more businesses in the community. A 24-hour drop box is also available at the Church St. door of the Stuart Building.

Since this payment comes directly from your bank account to the Clayton County Water Authority (just like a mailed check), you are not charged a service fee. To use this option, you will need to log on to your banking institution’s web site. Enrolling in Cal Water’s Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment in our customer portal will eliminate paper bills. Billing and payment histories are available online 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You can pay your water bill online, through the mail or at any of our three customer service centers or temporary account examples a number of private payment centers located throughout Miami­-Dade County.

  • Effective Oct. 1, 2024, Hillsborough County Water Resources will no longer hand-deliver final notices for unpaid bills to customers.

To make a payment, you will need your account number, which is located on your water and wastewater bill. View a Sample Bill to see where your account number is located. Please note that if you wish to pay using a credit or debit card, the best way to make business tax payments you will be charged a convenience fee of 2.25%. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may pay your water bill online and avoid a service fee by using your banking institution’s online bill payment option.

This plan allows CCWA to automatically draft your monthly bill from your bank, credit union, or savings and loan. CCWA’s customer self-service portal provides enhanced on-line options and expanded customer communications options. Check your bill amounts every month to keep an eye for overcharges or any opportunity to reduce your bill.

Payments will be credited to your account the next business day. If you apply for utility service and the utility company denies you, you have the legal right to know why. The company is required to send you a letter stating the specific reasons or sharing how to get a more detailed explanation from them within 30 days.
