You can set up your online account and go paperless in just a few easy steps. Simply create your online account and you will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing (unless you opt out of it). If payment on a past due account has not been received by 5 p.m. On the termination date, a $20 late fee is applied and service is scheduled for disconnection. • Effective Oct. 1, 2024, Hillsborough County Water Resources will no longer hand-deliver final notices for unpaid bills to customers.

• You can pay your water bill online, through the mail or at any of our three customer service centers or a number of private payment centers located throughout Miami­-Dade County.
• CCWA’s customer self-service portal provides enhanced on-line options and expanded customer communications options.

Customer Support

When you create a new account with utility companies — think electricity, gas, water and TV/internet — you may have to pay a deposit direct vs indirect cash flow upfront. California Water Service (CWT) has partnered with Walmart (WMT) to enable customers to pay their water bills at Walmart Bill Pay service counters nationwide at no additional cost. Bill payments are posted in near real time, so customers’ accounts stay current. You may pay your water bill at our two 24/7 self- service payment kiosk locations.
